Building Rental

The NMPMA Chapter 10’s building, The Point, is available for rentals for birthdays, family reunions, receptions and business meetings.

Monday through Thursday building rental cost is $50.00 per hour. A minimum of three hours is required.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday rental cost is $500.00 for up to 6 hours. A security deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your rental date. The deposit goes towards total balance. The remaining balance of $400.00 is due 30 days prior to your event.

An additional charge of $50.00 per hour is incurred if you exceed the 6 hours. Each rental includes long tables and chairs.

Round tables and table clothes are available for rental at $5.00 and $4.00 ea, respectively.

A Security team member will be provided for an additional $75.00. Estimated number of guests will determine how many security team members are needed.

The building is equipped with a kitchen that consists of 2 stoves, a refrigerator, freezer and utensils. All food must be catered. No cooking is permitted. The kitchen can only be used for warming and serving of food.

Clean up is required to leave the kitchen as you received it and remove all decorations from tables & walls.
